31.7.22 I booked Urban company for service which my working washing machine not started means power on but washing not started
One UC person came on that day and he said there was a sensor problem and it cost around 1500 . Then he collected 500rs from me and said tomorrow will fix the issue
1.8.22 he came with some sensor and install and then also it is not working then he said circuit board problem I will fix by tomorrow like that he took my circuit board on same day
I asked him first if you said sensor problem then how come circuit problem and note that is running washing machine .
He said I will check and bring back board and if old sensor is good then can use the same sensor
A UC Person broke the back door of the washing machine and said it was an old machine some time . it's not an issue
Today's date is 29.8.22 till date he did not respond and Urban company I spoke almost 15 times on call and 20 chats initiated and now UC blocked my chat and I did not get board, 500rs and make me stressed . Even if I have a board, a small technician can do this job well .
UC not have any professional and not having responsibilities also
