Hello everyone I am writing here because I am facing this issue from last 6 months. I took washing machine services on 8th Jan. urban engineer told us that we will change spin motor because it is damaged so as per his instruction I took decision and he changed the spin motor and took old motor along with him which original company motor. At the same time i told to engineer that It is not perfectly running It is making noise Please settle it so he told It will run the same because motor will settle in some time So I thought it can be. After some days it started making some more noise I took the revisit and the Urban send the same person Again the engineer told me that It is running perfectly. After some time of approx. 2.5 months to 3 months I again tried to complaint regarding the problem but Urban helpline is saying that Your service was before 3 months back So we don't take it in consideration. Almost 100 times I explained the same to so many person o[censored]rban company but They are doing only duty and closing my complaint by self now I came to know from the company side that No engineer can take old changed product along him So I again raised a complaint So The team is saying that they don't have the data regarding your service and professional is not picking the call. What is nonsense answer.
1) I have no. of recordings of helpline person who are accepting that the mistake from company side but matter is old so we can not entertain.
2) If due to your professional customers face the loss the who will bear that loss.
