Urban Company — Washing Machine Service

I have taken the service on 30th November 2021. At that time their professional change the part(valve) (which was working but having some leakage) with the new one. But the new one was having some issue so the professional dismantled old part and used one small part of it with new valve. In a way he damaged our old part which was working but with little leakage and now we can't use that. So, with this the new one started working fine. But after a month it stopped working. And I raised a complain which was under warranty. Again the technician came and change the part and again we faced the same problem after few days.
And after checking so many time technician came to conclusion that the problem is with other part of the machine and he took the motherboard with him. Now machine stopped working totally. which made my mother struggle very badly. They kept the panel for a month or so committing us that the part will come and they will change it with the new one. And after waiting for months they said they don't have part and we ourselves has to find someone who can repair the machine and they will compensate. They returned the panel with few marks of tempering with it. And now after paying full amount our machine is in worst condition then it was before. Now we don't have old valve, it was damaged by the professional.
And after regular follow-up we are not getting our machine repaired, we did not get any compensation and any refund against the damage they have done.
They closed the complain without my consent. And now whenever I request a call they call in odd hours and close the complain if I don't pick up there call due to some reason. And whenever I pick up the call they claim that the complain is out of warranty and simply say that they can't do anything .

** Talking to there customer support is really a headache, They call customers according to their convenience, customer doesn't have any facility to call there customer support at their convenience. Whenever we receive a call every time we have to explain the problem from starting and argue every time and at last we get the reply that they can't do anything.
