I have booked service call my washing machine BOSCH classixx 5.5 kg. Heavy noise during rinsing and spinning is the complaint. Urban Clap technician came and attended and said, that the fault is with motor. Motor to be replaced for a cost of Rs. 4200. I him to change the motor and I paid the amount Rs.4200. In spite of change of motor also, there was noise in the machine. Again I recalled person for revisit and that new technician said, the fault is due to shock absorber. Again, I told him ti change the same. But, still that noise is there in the machine. Yesterday 27.02.2033, I called outside authorised service centre for Bosch Techinican. He examined and sad, that the fault is with the DRUM. It is no way connected to motor or shock absorber. I complained to urban clap and they told me to send the service bill copy, so that, they will be refunding the amount, which I paid for motor as well as for service charges.
