i fully paid for the water purifier on Jan 2nd and installation was done few days later. Technician said Booster pump is needed as well and asked me to pay extra 2500 which i refused. Urban company gave me 2000 credits for the booster pump and told me that they will arrange the installation of booster pump. Current status is Technician came and uninstalled the water purifier as well and now im without water and uninstalled machine at home for past 5 days. Customer service is not responding and not arranging technician to come.
When i asked for the return and refund as they are already uninstalled the machine - they are denying that as well.
Bottomline - i paid 14k for the machine and its sitting in my kitchen uninstalled with no further status update from URban Company. Was this information helpful? |
