I bought water purifier M2 in Bangalore online through amazon and had some issues. called the same technician home to fix it. He came and didn't address the issue correctly. As soon as he left water started pouring from the tank. We left to office once he said its fixed and working. When we came back the connecting tube got pulled off from the main tank and the entire house was submerged in water. All the furniture household items, fridge, washing machine, microwave is not functioning. The carpets expensive ones, cushion sofa sets, all gone. Won't be able tio use again, there was short circuits in the house with electricity for the whole day, electrician is saying there is earthing issue and it will take a whole day to resolve the same. The particular person has did not address the issue even after 24 hours. We have lost more than 2 lakh.
We need immediate resolution.
