I sincerely hope this email finds you well and if I could grab your attention for my particular case.
I raised a complaint on 18th Feb, 2021 regarding one my product - Latte Bench, which I purchased on 8th Dec, 2018.
It had been a roller coaster ride since then, for me. Nevertheless...
TL;DR - I was asked to make a payment, which I did in the month of March, for the repair work but my issue has not been resolved, yet. It seems there were many reasons for the delay but none of them concerns me, it was all from your end.
And after over 100 days from the date of initial complaint, on 6/8, I was informed nothing can be done about my issue.
I seriously don't understand given its your product how can you simply deny a service. And that too for a paid one.
Your people were so confident that they asked for a payment even before sending any technician to get the issue reviewed and now after around 4 months of delay, you are hanging me in dry.
This is seriously not done.
Its my sincere request that you please help me in getting my product fixed either by a repair work or a replacement, given the product is still under warranty!!! Was this information helpful? |
