Urban Ladder — Delay in delivery of furniture | |||||
We have ordered a sizable furniture from Urban ladder on 8th August with order number T[protected]. The order was supposed to be delivered by Aug 23rd and it's not delivered till date, even 10 days after. Very casual and careless response from customer support daying that it'd be delayed by 10 days, but even that didn't happen. Was this information helpful? | |||||
