We have paid 25% of the sofa's money while ordering the sofa. The date of delivery may 25. The employee o[censored]rban ladder siddhapura, told us he would try to move the order one or two days before. We were really convinced. On 25th, when we tried to reach back the team, they had no updates, and had told us, it would be delivered on 28th. We were still okay with that. When the product didn't reach, we again called them up. They came out with the excuse, that the fabric or something was damaged, and will surely be delivered on 30th may, 2018. On 30th may, 2018 your executive/manager called us back, telling the product has reached the warehouse, and told it would surely be delivered on 1st june, 2018. On 1st june, 2018 they gave the same excuse and delayed it further to 3rd, and a promise, it would be delivered. And today when we got in touch with your executive, he told the product didn't even reach the warehouse.

2 Issues:
1. I cancelled one order a month back and was supposed to get my refund in 10 days but no update on that and not able to reach out to customer care.
2. One order is to be delivered and no update on that though delivery date arrived. Still app shows the old date.
Customer care not reachable. They keep on playing a recorded music about their stores and the new ones opened and then phone gets disconnected. How to reach out to them?
