this might be rhetorical to begin with, the product was to be delivered on a set deadline and they have constantly defied the timelines to be only be able to deliver something after almost 4 weeks, and when the product arrived it was crooked and subpar, would not rest on the floor to which they wanted to do a patch work and repair a new product
And to which i had to cancel this and ask for a refund, to rub it on to my face further the process is apparently going to take another 12 days. What a nightmare of a service would this be?
