I booked 6 session for chin laser service on 14th Dec.
When the beautician visited she told me that i have paid for chin and not upper neck laser treatment and i need to do more payment.
- As per previous laser service taken from Kaya that area is called as lower chin and that's what we have read in school. Where has team shared specific definition of what is upper neck ?
- when complain was raised for refund i am being told that there is no refund policy written in app. I do not see any no refund policy note written while placing order nor now.
- As per the beautician i should have got notification for video consultation from doctor to get clarity on which area needs treatment . No notification shared by team to book video consultation by me . I presume doctor should call himself/herself . Why there is no specific guidelines given that customer need to call and book for video consultation.
- The picture given on app is same for chin and chin +upper neck . How will customer come to know that lower chin is being defined as upper neck ???
In case there is so specific definitions of body parts to be treated why should customer suffer and how can urban team deny my refund without providing service? why will I pay more price then market rate for additional charges team is demanding . Was this information helpful? |
