I ordered a bed and side tables which I received but can't unpack without the authorized serviceman present because of the policy, So now you won't be able to figure out if the product is intact. Now, it's been 7 days they haven't sent any person responsible and no response from the company either, had to call them from my side numerously before actually, they picked up. every time they used to hang up on me saying we're escalating the matter/we're sending someone right away/ my colleague is on it and whatnot. my side tables are of wrong dimensions than they were mentioned, now to which the return date is past expired I have no contact whatsoever from the company. Such malpractice and unethical business tricks won't take you anywhere but down.
I merely ask them to check the table and resolve that issue, send a person to fix my bed. Was this information helpful? |
