Returned recliner on 14th july and i got confirmation mail from your side that soon refund will be initiated. But it's been 20days now. I haven't recieven any call from your side regarding cause of delay. I called up many times to inquire for that. But still no result. Your people promise a call back from your side regarding issue status but no body calls. Pl refund my amount. Its a shame on brand like urban ladder. Bad customer support and after sales.
