Order no - r[protected] Order no - r[protected] It's is indeed very sad to say that urban ladder takes approximately 2 months for delivery of the products even after the product arrived at delivery center. Seems like urban ladder have started to make money through blocking customers money and delivering the defective product, for which customer is not responsible. After complaining several calls to the so called contact tag on the app, the calls get hardly connected when customer requires utmost service, as if they do not bother to receive the call or fear of their mistakes on accepting it. 'dear sir, madam, it's the hard money of customers. You do not have the right to keep it on stake.""would you provide your product and take the money after 2 months?" Even if customer care receives the call for escalation of complain, either the call gets disconnected or the representative listen like robot and does nothing. There should be proactiveness, and here no action is being taken against the lethargic local logistic team who are master's of their own will for the product delivery. It's absolutely nonsense and ridiculous which urban ladder is playing with us. Would you pay interest of our money which you are holding with you? Do you have basic sense how you guys are doing the business? If it is the case, you guys are unable to deliver or sell a product with proper service, i would suggest you either deny outright about this or shutdown your damn business and on priority basis close your so called unworthy customer care Was this information helpful? | |||||
