I placed an order for the wardrobe from Urban Ladder on May 8th, 2023. Order no. T[protected]. Bluewud Andrie Engineered Wood 2 Door Wardrobe with Drawer -Walnut and White. After a lot of follow-ups, the wardrobe got delivered however one of its parts was damaged. Again I had to follow up to get it replaced. Got a response from the support team on 22nd May stating that the damaged part will be replaced in 4 days. After 4 days they wrote another email stating the part will be delivered by 30th May. Finally, it got delivered it took 2 days for installing people to come. On the 1st of June, the installation guys came on and confirmed that the part which was finally delivered after a long follow-up is not the right size. Now the same process starts again. It is almost a month now and I have to struggle for a Wardrobe. The company is not ready to refund the money as it's a third-party product. I have to wait for the damaged part to be replaced no matter how long it takes. Such a helpless condition.
