Today it has been over month and something which was supposed to be delivered on 11th november, after repeated follow ups still we have not received the order. Now we get the status it has arrived in gurgaon. Can you please deliver positively tomorrow. Again this transaction has eroded the confidence in urban ladder. We have been buying regularly. This time full payment in advance. It will be a question mark next time to buy from urban ladder as delivery time just doubled.
