Urban Ladder — Shoe cabinet not closing the doors

Recently purchased a shoe cabinet which is a technically faulty product. When tried to close the doors while keeping my shoes, it is not closing. Urban Ladder is not ready to exchange or refund the product. Customer care executive is complaining about the size of the shoes and blaming manufactures like Nike, Adidas etc..
