[Resolved]  Urbanic — Don't deliver my order

I order two dress on 25 th june.last status i was showed was of 27 as it is shipped, after it no status could be seen . I'm contacting them from so long but they are asking me to have patience, what kind of poor service u hold its disgusting. Today i got messages that the order is non delivered. Still i checking Delhivery courier and track ‘pickup pending’ showing
