Company promised me the refund with in 7 -10 days but it has been more than that.
The only source of communication is emails.
They taking so much time and this is very imconvenient.
All they give is next date.
I returned the product last month and i haven't received refund yet.
Not do they give appropriate reasons.
First the product was so uncomfortable and now delay in refund.
Very inconvenient site.

    I ordered a pair of pants on 19th june 2022 It is 2nd July today the item is still waiting in the warehouse to be collected estimated delivery was by 29 june still I haven’t recoeved it and the insane customer supports keeps on asking for being patient. This is so unproffesional of this urbanic

        Urbanic failed to sort my issue regarding a refund of rs 1853 . I have been dealing with this issue since last 12 days . The mental harrassment they put me through can't be paid back but atleast I want my refund .

        Firstly they forget to pick up my order .after several reminders my pick up was done but I didn't recieve any confirmation mail or message. Later the delivery executive returned back my parcel to me . Another return was initiated for the same product . It was finally picked up on 28th still no confirmation message for my pickup and ofcourse no return. I have been contacting this app literally everyday but only thing I have been hearing since 12 days is to wait for 24-48 hours

          Hi

          Worst customer and delivery service offered by Urbanic. My order number[protected] was supposed to be delivered between 27th June to 1st July (10 days after order time which is insane).

          My order status has not moved since then and no shipping ID is provided. I have reached out to your customer service team but like robots the only thing they say is that orders are coming from international location. Is it a problem of the customer? Is there any commitment Urbanic can complete?

          I also informed that I am traveling out of country hence I need the order delivery in time but your team is not giving delivery estimate to me. This is the most frustrating, disrespectful and disappointing experience I have had with any shopping app.

          I also work for an e-commerce firm but my company never betrays consumer trust. Never going to refer this app and if needed, will sue the company in consumer court and tweet about it.

          Give me a specific delivery timeline update and estimate. It is my right to know as a shopper. If you can’t honour timelines then don’t commit or have better processes in backend.

          I hope I have real humans and team listening to this complain to reply back in 24 hours.

          And share a damn phone number for God sake! Don’t hide and act as a fraudulent site that is scamming shoppers.

          PATHETIC PATHETIC service they are providing.
          It’s been almost a month that I ordered, have not received the package yet.
          My order number[protected]
          Have been writing numerous mails to customer care but have received no solution yet.
          Since it’s been more than a month, I don’t want the order anymore I wasn’t my money back else I will have to sue the company.
          One thing more I have noticed with Urbanic app is that if we do COD then there is no delay in deliveries and if we pay in advance it’s always the case.
          Highly disappointed! Never going to buy anything via Urbanic and will ask all my peers do the same.
          Highly non-professional staff and not at all customer centric.

            Don't deliver my order

              I have put up a return request and after a week of waiting no one came for pick up, I wrote an email to urbanic customer care and after that pick up was arranged on 22nd June 2022 at around 4:30pm Mr Prakash had come to pick up the order. Now it’s 26th June I haven’t received my refund and also the app shows awaiting for pick up and even today I got a call from urbanic pick up guy asking for the return item and I told him that I have already return you the item on 22nd June but he is keep saying I don’t know you check with customer care. I also email customer care on 24th but no proper response from them.
              Please help refund amount is more than INR 3327/-

                My order is[protected] and it is was supposed to be delivered to me by today only and at the very last moment i got a notification saying it is being delayed to some logistics issues.

                I even had contacted the customer care live chat executives thrice and all they do is update me on the current status of the order and that’s it. There is no specific date being provided to me by what it will be delivered, i had an event planned with the outfit i ordered and due to my work schedule i can not now go to buy clothes even. This is very unfair.

                    I ordered items from urbanic 12 days ago but it hasn't got delivered yet, i am fed up with this disrespectful and careless service from their side, i've complained about this order more than 10 times but the urbanic staff says the same thing each time and my order still doesn't reach. I want my orders to reach as soon as possible because i needed this order long ago but Urbanic staff doesn't seem to care. I am sorry for harsh words but i kindly request for a delivery by the deadline they gave...I ordered on 13th June and as they told me before placing order the delivery date was within couple of days but after placing the order they said it will take 10 days but my order is. not at my doorstep yet

                        This is to bring into your kind notice that firstly I placed the return request of 15 products against my order ID[protected].

                        Although there is NO LIMIT mentioned in the return policy o[censored]rbanic, but later I receive a call from Customer Care that return request of only 5 products can be placed at a time, therefore the same was cancelled on June 11, 2022 and I placed manual return request for 5 products only.

                        It was mentioned on call that once the return request of Ist 5 products are completed, they will take the return request of next 5 products.

                        Since June 11, 2022, despite my several reminders & follow-up chats with customer care executives, the return pick-up request of even Ist five products is NOT completed yet.

                        Every time I am receiving a standard reply that my return request is placed and will be picked up in next 24-48 hours, but nothing has happened yet.

                        As I have to return 15 products, now, even the window of 10 days to return the products is also expired. because of which neither I am able to place further return request nor my Ist manual return request of 5 products is still pending.

                        You are requested to please intervene, investigate & help me to resolve the matter on priority.

                              The above referred order[protected] was to be delivered between 5th - 9th Jun when we placed it. We have been patiently waiting and repeatedly said we need the order delivered by 14th Jun latest.
                              Today on 13th Jun at 3:30 pm, the shipment (Xpressbees tracking number [protected]) is yet to leave Delhi!!
                              I am attaching screenshot of the tracking status along with the Urbanic order status.
                              We have had extremely bad experience with Xpressbees on VERY delayed delivery of our previous Urbanic order. Hence, have 0 confidence in them delivering this order by their estimated delivery date.
                              Also attaching proof of this last delivery tracking where 26th Feb was estimated delivery but actual delivery was on 1st Mar with false entries of "address incomplete" on 28th Feb.

                              I need you to work with your delivery partner Xpressbees to prioritise this package, track it closely and ensure it is delivered by noon latest on 15th Jun. If you are unable to deliver by 12 noon on 15th Jun, please provide a full refund and you can get the undelivered package back from your delivery partner

                                I ordered a dress from Urbanic on the 4th of May. The order id is[protected]. The dress got delivered on the 6th of May. the dress was a bit loose for me, so I placed a return on ^6th itself. A delivery person from Delhivery came to pick up the dress on the 7th Of May. The tracking id of Delhivery[protected]. My society tracks people coming and leaving the society, so I have the name and contact of the delivery guy. Usually, these delivery guys do not give a receipt, so I don't have a return receipt. I put up an official complaint with Urbanic on the 17th of May. I have attached screenshots of their emails. What they do is, they either close my complaint ticket and I have to ask them to reopen it every time or they send me some vague automated emails. It has been a month, since my issue and I still haven't got any helpful reply from their side. This is my first time putting up a complaint on Consumer Complaint. I hope the platform helps me in getting back my refund.

                                    Urbanic takes a lot of time to deliver products. Upon that, it makes false committments of delivery on a particular date. No intimation is provided by the company about the current status if the order placed. One mails tells that order is confirmed and in the app it still shows that order is processing and yet to confirm.
                                    I placed my first order with Urbanic on 2nd June, 2022. Even after the 3 days. it showed that the order is still processing and is not confirmed. No updates about the status of the order was provided. I have cancelled my order now and hope to receive the refund on time. Though about that also I have not received any message or mai.

                                      My last order placed took almost 10-15 extra days to deliver and it took so long that i had to cancel the order. This time i ordered it on 26th may hoping it would be here one day before my birthday which is on 5th june as it said expected delivery date 4th june -8th june. Right now the order says "being packed and will be shipped soon" Will it be delivered by tomorrow?
