I brought a dress from Urbanic 19 March and paid online...But when I received it didn't too good so I returned it 30 March ...but it's been 4 days I still didn't get refund...I mean it's so disappointing ...So I contacted customer service...But they send me a fake screenshot where he claimed that they refunded the money...But I clearly saw the picture and noticed which they sent me it's fake ...But still I requested them to help me...they told me to wait for 7-10days...
So I said ok...I opened YouTube to serch about it but I am shocked to see that there are many people faced the same issue and they didn't get their money back even after 1 month...I paid 1543Rs/- which is very big amount for me ...So I can't just let that go ...I am very disappointed that Urbanic like big app cheated many people and me ... .So please look after this matter and help us ...
