Urbanic — Items to be delivered still under processing

I had ordered 6 items on Aug 31st 2021.. it was ordered for an important event and I had approached the customer care through live chat and by email several times.. even after 10 days it's shown as processing.. at the time of order the delivery date was shown between sept12 to sept 15.. it's not even reached India how r they going to deliver this to Kerala by the assured date at the time of payment.. I also made prepaid payment of 3671 rupees.. the reason they say is due to covid they cannot assure the delivery date.. then why was it provided at the time of payment.. This is really a kind of emergency for me because the whole event for me was planned based on the items I ordered and the delivery date they gave.. pls understand that I cannot stay calm paying this much money and if it become useless getting the items after the event.. i need the delivery to be done as fast as possible
