    I had ordered 4 items from urbanic on 6th September, and they told me that they will deliver it in 5-8 business days. I have been asking the customer support constantly and they have no idea when will my order get delivered to me. Even after filing a mail they are not telling the exact date.

      This is regarding order[protected]. It’s been 12 days since I placed the order. I need the order to be delivered in the next 3/4 days as I’m going for an international trip in 5 days. They keep saying it’s stuck in “customs at Delhi” that’s all. I need someone to help me!!!

        I placed an order with urbanic 8 days ago and i still havent received my paclage.Leave alone delivery, they havent dispatched from the urbanic centre yet.

          Ordered on 8th September, since then it is still under processing...not even getting a proper response from the support team...as it is a prepaid order, I am really anxious now

            I placed my order on 7th of September I want an update on 10th of September that it is in processing and a delivery estimate of 19th to 22nd September since then I have not received any updates about the status of my order and today 17th and they have estimated it to get delivered on 19 and it is not yet shipped even I tried contacting the customer care they only have a chat option for that and they just keep giving garbage arguments for not delivering the order or not giving any updates on time also so they have audacity to put a referred to a friend option but not help line number on their website this is a huge disappointment with such a big brand and also it's a big turn down I would not recommend online transaction on this side because they take ages to deliver and they do not have an appropriate system which can provide you proper updates and updates on time even I would request you to look into this matter asap and get my order delivered to me ASAP also there chat support does not even listen to entire thing or entire query that we have this is keep ending the conversation

              I placed an order for the bow tie imitation ring on 14th September and my order is still not placed. The delivery date is shown between 27 September to 30 September but i get no updates. I have already prepaid for the order and still i have no updates and my order is yet not placed. Please fix this asap i need it delivered asap because it's a gift.

                  I ordered my order[protected] on 5 of sept, I ordered the product as the estimated delivery date was given within 20 of sept. It's been 11 days and they are not shipping my product. Even the chat section is not helping tried emailing them and nothing works they are not ready to provide information about my product. Really ² disappointed.

                  I would be very grateful if they look into this matter as soop as possible

                    I placed order for 3 items on 31st august 2021 . i was suppose to recive the order between 11th september to 15th september .
                    today is the 15th and there has been no progess.
                    since 6th september my oder is in preparing stage .

                    the customer care only apologizes for the delay and tells u to wait .\\
                    they give reasons like the delay is because of pandemic, but they havent even couriered it yet.

                      I ordered my parcel bearing Id[protected] on 5 of this month and it still under process I ordered it because it says it will get delivered within 20 of this month I got some important events but it's not at all shipping when I contacted the customer service they are not providing any assistance and just keep saying the same lines that they will do their best but it's not helping. Really disappointed ☹️ please resolve this problem

                          I had ordered two products on urbanic app
                          Order ID[protected]
                          1. Simplicity pullover T-shirt
                          2. Button straight leg jeans

                          But both the products were defective (it was my first time order with urbanic) so I placed a return request on 29/08/2021

                          On 31/08/2021 the pick up was successful at around 4 pm and I Handed over both the products to the pick up guy ( agent phone no[protected]

                          On that same day at around 7 -7.30 pm, the pick up guy again called me and told me that he was assigned to pick up only the t shirt and not the jeans, so he informed me that some other agent will come and pick up the jeans from their office. I said alright, why not because that's their issues what they wanna do with the products because in my part i had placed a return request and I had returned all the products

                          Then i checked website where It was written that the Refund is processed for the T shirt. And within a few hours a got the money back for the T shirt
                          But for the jeans it was written that the return request has been rejected. The reason being some unclear photo. Which to me was a surprise because what's with a photo right? you guyz will anyway check the product at the time of return. Also even if i had to place the return request again i had to upload another photo which was not possible cause i had already returned both of the product. So I thought may be it's a technical glitch and will be updated over time

                          But till today.. there is no refund no pick up confirmation for the jeans, nothing.
                          Even I shared this problem via chat with the customer care services many a times. But all they told me that that my concern was shared with the team and they'll do something. But the customer service is useless, its been 10 days now .all they keep saying that my concern is forward to team...but i can clearly understand now its fraud..i need my money back of rupees 1360
                          I have placed a order for Sheer A-Line Dress value Rs2213 with order#[protected] Product was delivered with in time but product Quality is so bad so I have placed a return with picture. and Urbanic has rejected the return without any intimation to me now today is 10 days but not able to place return.
                          Don't buy any product through Urbanic its worst site.
                          First 2 days gone to find right option to place the return.

                            I had ordered 6 items on Aug 31 2021.. it was shown to be delivered by sept 12 to 15.. but the items are still under processing.. it's been 11 days sice I ordered and items are still under processing.. I did a prepaid payment also.. while contacting their customer service by live chat and email they say excuse as covid and we all know restrictions are no more prevailing as earlier and they cannot give the delivery date.. why was it given at the time of payment.. it's like cheating customers.. I ordered this for an important event and if it's coming afterwards it will be of no use.. it's like a mental torture for me.. pls do something to make the delivery as soon as possible

                              Items to be delivered still under processing

                              I had ordered 6 items on Aug 31st 2021.. it was ordered for an important event and I had approached the customer care through live chat and by email several times.. even after 10 days it's shown as processing.. at the time of order the delivery date was shown between sept12 to sept 15.. it's not even reached India how r they going to deliver this to Kerala by the assured date at the time of payment.. I also made prepaid payment of 3671 rupees.....

                              I had placed an order on 22nd August and it has been more than 15 days. The order has not even been shipped yet. Its stuck on processing. I love the products on Urbanic but the service is really poor.

                                I ordered two of the Urbanic products but I have fit issue with one and quality issue with another and so I decided to return them. The whole returning process seems troublesome for the customers. It says to upload a picture but when I try to do so, it fails. No matter how I take the picture, it's always failing to upload. The customer care doesn't respond and there's no number provided as well.

                                  I ordered a lot of stuff on aug 07 2021, out of them 2 products were wrongly delivered, trying to return them from 7th aug and still it hasnt been picked.

                                  The pickup guys come and say products dont match so they cant pickup, even when i explain im returning it because i received wrong products they deny the pick up - This has happened 6times the guy came and said no.. talk to customer service

                                  Ive tried talking to them through email, twitter and the app chat explaining the issues about image, sent them the all the images, bar code, product tag and wrong product image to update in the pickup guys device they either say it'll be picked up be patient or ya we'll look into it wait for 24-48 hours - This has happened ~10-12 times

                                  and eventually they cancel the return request im at my wits ends how to return it, and the products are not my size, neither do they fit anyone in house, these urbanic ppl dont have a phone number either..this is the suckiest and most frustrating experience ive had with any portal..

                                  Please dont shop here
