[Resolved]  Urbanic — Order no[protected] Not deliver product not they Refunding money

I have ordered few dress from Urbanic on 7th Sept'22, but they have not delivered my products, delivery company have updated that my product they have returned to company due to some security reasons, but after multiple follow-ups these people not refunding my money, they don't have any customer care no where you can reach out only one system generated mail you will get on mail, they are just making us fool. very unprofessional people.

pls. help to get my refund, I have paid Rs. 11750,
