Missing products from box

I returned the product on 17th jan 2022 and did not receive the refund yet. My order id is

It's been more than 15 days and I haven't received My refund also there is no customer care no. Or any other information given to me regarding anything related to my refund. It's been a long time.
Kindly give my refund asap. I can't be more patient regarding this

I recieved different products. I was waiting everyday for this order. I was marking on the calendar. I used to ask if any delivery guy shows up nearby are you from urbanic is it for me? And when the products came i was so heartbroken. I have waited all this time for this? I saved 4000₹ borrowed 200₹ and then placed the order and this is what happened. After that i am trying to contact you no response at all! What kind of a behaviour is...

I had purchased two jeans from urbanic, and the order was delivered on 7 Jan, and I had applied for returning the product. Now the problem is that the product was picked up on 8 Jan, and on app it shows refund processed and it will appear in the bank account within 7-10 days. It has been 20 days as of today, but I haven't recieved the refund.

“[protected]” It’s been 10 days I requested for a return and the item was taken back in less than 24 hours of me requesting for return and now it’s been 10 days I never got any refund for the item, all I receive from the customer support is that my concern is being escalated and that I would get an update in 24 hours and I’ve waited many 24 hours but still no update on my refund and customer service is so poor like I doubt they are Robots, I’m kindly requesting my refund for the item.

The company says mu refunf is processed and will show in my bank account in 7-10 days.Buy my bank account never showed any refund

I placed my order on 24th january and the shipment status has showed that my order will be placed between 31st January to 4th February which is too late as I want to use the product on 1st February itself. My order is not even under process yet. The order ID is[protected]. I request urbanic to deliver my order before 01st February....

I've order a package on 13th january and today is 27th january, yet no updates are given about my package other than it's just on processing stage since then, my order is prepaid with order ID:[protected] Kindly help me out and get my parcel to me as soon as possible.

I ordered a dress and since I wasn't happy with the order so I asked for a refund but I haven't received my money back yet.

I contacted your company many times for the refund .your response is not at all appreciable . U are asking for unnecessary details of my bank transactions which i dont wannna share . This was your message on 11 jan

I have returned an item and still did not receive refund money back and it says refund processed in urbanic return status .

I ordered a lot of stuff from urbanic and I didn't recieve one item and they gave something else that I didn't order and they have kept me waiting for days and I still didn't get to hear from them and I've already paid . This is just annoying

I have ordered 29 item the order id is[protected] out of which 5 were missing also the product were delivered late 7 days and i also send the box package which was carefully slit open from bottom and glued it, but after following up for more than 1 moth they told it can not be refunded, this is a fraud, it is the seller responsibility to deliver all the product not the customer.

They picked up the return package but haven't given the money back.

I placed the order on[protected], received it on[protected] and placed the request for return on the next day. Its been more than a month since i place the order and i have talked to the customer care executives multiple times, but to no use, they keep making false promises that my return will be picked up, but nothing has been done yet. It was my first order from urbanic and my experience has been pathetic, i did not even get my refund, i can't even think about trusting urbanic again:'((

I had returned my product and it had been cancelled and when reapplied for the return than its not processing. I want to return my product as soon as possible and I want my refund also

I didn't received my refund of 1163 of jeans which I ordered recently...I returned the jeans but didn't got the refund

Regarding above order the refund isn't being processed .. Even after a number of complaints they haven't returned my money
