      Hey. I placed an order for the dress on 14th Nov. Order ID is[protected]. It is showing that order will be delivered by 22nov-27nov.
      But i need that dress very urgently on 23rd of Nov. Could you please help me to get it delivered or or before 23rd nov. Otherwise the dress will have no meaning to get it delivered after 23.

          I am shocked at how delayed and how poor the service at urbanic is. This is the rock bottom a company can hit. With customers like us so dissatisfied with the service like order delivery- I don't see a bright future for this company anymore. Really disappointed. I placed my order on 3rd November. Today it's 13th November and till now there is no update at all!!! The order has not even been dispatched! What is happening ? Why am I not receiving any updates ? Absolutely ridiculous.

                      I ordered two jeans from urbanic and i requested to return one of them on 28 october. On 29 october one executive from delhivery came to pick up the parcel and i gave it to him and asked to take the otp but he did not take it and said that its fine.

                      On the same day after two hours again another executive came and asked for parcel and i told him that earlier one of the executive came and took it. So he generated some code to cancel the reverse pickup and he asked me to give him the otp to cancel the reverse pickup so i gave him the otp.

                      After 29 october the status of my product was not updated and it was still showing me awaiting pickup. So i reached to customer service and asked for help and explained my problem.

                      After that day again return pickup was initiated and the same person came who came on 29 october second time. I explained him my problem and he said the other executive might have not updated the status from his end.

                      So i am writing this mail to asked you to please contact with the delivery service and find out why they have not updated from their end because i am suffering.

                      Kindly help me with that . I don't know the person's name or contact number . I just know how he looks . He was a middle aged man, average height, wear spectacles, and have less hair on the middle part. He carried some type of writing pad with him and wore total khaki

                        I ordered a dress, that required a back thread, to tie, but that thread wasn't provided in the package . When asked, they bluntly said delivery charges are not refundable. It was company's fault, that they provided incomplete item, & they should bear the total expense.

                          I ordered an item and returned in 2 days because fitting was not right. The order was collected the next day but in the app it shows refund failed. I had a chat with the support team multiple times and each and every time they give a form for me to fill stating that my account details were not correct I tried to fill the form every time giving different bank details each time and cross checked to make sure the details were accurate but it still shows recent failed.

                            They do not deliver their products on time and are always late, the slowest delivery possible they provide, they are worst at handling their customers orders

                                  I have ordered one item from Urbanic app from Customer ID- [protected]
                                  Same contact number as well.
                                  Order was done on 31st August 2022 and payment mode was COD. As i returned the item due to size issue. The return was not processed at all. After so many chats with executive...same answer was there our team is working on it.
                                  I don't understand what is the problem...this kind of disappointed was not accepted at all. I am posting my complaints everywhere but no one seems to help. My hard money is stuck. Lyk a fraud app ...and company. This is completely not acceptable.

                                    I have ordered a product from Urbanic. It was supposed to get delivered on 24-25 October. But when I checked the order status, it was written that the delivery person tried to contact me and I was unavailable which is not the case. I received no such calls. Now I just want my refund atleast. I'm really disappointed from such a behavior. Actually no one would ever want to buy anything from Urbanic if things are going to be that way.
