Urbanic — Regarding Product delivery

I have ordered two dresses from urbanic on 21st Jan for my birthday which is on 31st Jan . My orders are still dispatching, i have no tracking link . Their service is soo poor. I'm literally upset right now, they have ruined my special day . Worst first experience Urbanic. I can't even go anywhere to find a good dress and explore other apps in such a short period. They have not even updated regarding the product delivery. Terrible experience
