          I placed my order on the 26th of January and also paid for it though phone pe and now it is the 31st of January and i am unable to track the order. I need it before the 4th of February. Please look into the matter

              Regarding Product delivery

              I have ordered two dresses from urbanic on 21st Jan for my birthday which is on 31st Jan . My orders are still dispatching, i have no tracking link . Their service is soo poor. I'm literally upset right now, they have ruined my special day . Worst first experience Urbanic. I can't even go anywhere to find a good dress and explore other apps in such a short period. They have not even updated regarding the product delivery. Terrible experience...

              I I want the company to deliver the items really fast ask you things are required on time early I had purchased my first item from urbanic which took around 15 days to come. This time I want the team o[censored]rbanic to please please deliver my item really fast because I need it really badly it's urgent also so I would like the team to deliver the items really fast at around 1/1 /23

                I ordered black colour product(legging) and received dark grey colour product, I immediately made a return request but it was rejected on the basis that they checked and correct product was sent. Then I contacted them by mail and told about my problem and where I send them all the photos along with the tag and they said if the tag is correct product is also correct and closed my request.

                The order I’d is[protected] for postioning printing legging

                Urbanic Support team is also closing the tickets without helping.

                  It was a dress rs 1853 and on filling a return no delivery agent has came to pickup and nor getting the return option now it is showiing excceeding of date .. please help and solve the problem

                    I had requested for s return which was approved on app but the delivery agent did not collect the return pickup . Since on the app the status was awaiting pickup . I couldn't request for a return again within the return window . Exactly after the return window was over the status was update to request canceled. Now I can't request for return and I don't need the product either .

                      I had requested for a return. But the return was not collected and so I couldn't request for a return again on the app as the status showed awaiting pickup. Exactly after the return window was over is when they notified on the app that the request was canceled. Now I don't have an option for return .

                        I have 13 items to be returned to Urbanic. I created the return request on 7th Jan 2023. Today it is 21st Jan as I write this complaint. The ticket ID in question is 2332564.
                        The delivery agent did not pick up my items. After complaining to Urbanic about this, they did not revert. They just suggested waiting for 24-48 hours. After writing several emails about this and only getting responses that said, "please give us some time", I checked the app only to see that the return was cancelled and that if I wanted to set up a return again, I should do it within 10 days. However, due to the delay in response from Urbanic, the 10-day return period had expired, and now I cannot return my items. I have written countless emails to Urbanic, and they only reply with the same automated responses. I have even messaged their WhatsApp chat support requesting for a callback from the supervisor, and they keep asking me to wait. It has been over 12 days now, and the issue has not been addressed. I have requested them to either get someone to call me or reset the return window so that I could return my items. But no action has been taken.

                          I ordered a jumpsuit and a sweatshirt and received two brown jeans. I immediately placed a return request with pictures of the orders. But post one day I got a mail saying the return request was rejected. This is very disappointing from a company like urbanic. I have even mailed them regarding the same.

                            Hi,

                            I placed an order on 17th dec got my parcel on 9th Jan and when i received it i tried it and didn't liked the stuff so placed return request on same day 9th jan and got a message that pick will be done on 10th jan return pick up otp came but no delivery person came to pick it up then i contacted urbanic support team via chat as they do not have calling customer care number the agent asked me to wait for 24 hours your pick will be done i waited till 12th jan and again no one came to pick the order then i got a message that i refused to return the order but I didn, t as no one called me and delivery agent number is also not mentioned in the OTP message and in the app my return order status is showing your order has been canceeled and you can place the return request again with in 10 days so i placed request again on 12th jan in night then on 13th a dehlivary agent has come in morning to pick up my order i have shared the return otp with him and then got a message that order has been picked up and the agent told me that in his app two pick up request are showing so he asked me to share the cancel otp for the duplicate request and i shared him the same and its been 8 days i have not received my refund of AMOUNT 5879 and again in app its showing our order has been canceeled daily i am contacting them on chat and getting same response wait for 24/48 hours asked them to arrange a call a call received but i was in meeting so didn't answered and the i mailed them that i am available on call till then no call received yet attached all the proofs.

                            Also attached phone details of dehlivary agent who came to pick up my order.

                            Kindly look into it asap

                              Have ordered few items from Urbanic on 7th Jan. Till now have not received my order and Since 4 days, its show in the tracking status that out of delivery and after some time delivery failed due to wrong address. Neither m getting any call nor my address is wrong. Have talked to customer services o[censored]rbanic they said they will deliver my item asap but when I asked the particular date and time they said that we don't know the specific date why they have opened a business.

                              I need my order on urgent basis. Kindly help me.

                                      This is regarding two orders. Ijare raised request for return but it’s been so many days no one as come for pickup. Urbanic cancelled my request for return without intimation and I need to raise the request for return again. I am very disappointed with the services. I want my parcels to get picked up soon and need my refund. I need my money back.
