I want to file a complaint against Usha regarding extremely poor after-sales service and unnecessary delay in resolving my issue related to my Usha Sewing Machine S2.
My complaint was registered on 9 April 2026 with Complaint No: CC[protected]. An engineer visited on 11 April 2026 and confirmed that a faulty part in the sewing machine needed replacement. However, even after more than one month, the issue has still not been resolved.
Despite repeated follow-ups through customer care calls, emails to [protected]@usha.com and [protected]@usha.com, and multiple reminders, I have only received automated replies and false assurances. No proper support, update, or confirmed timeline has been provided.
Because of this delay, my professional work has suffered badly. I am unable to continue my work properly, resulting in project delays, financial losses, and loss of customer trust. My clients are blaming me due to the machine issue and the company’s negligence in resolving it on time.
I am highly disappointed with the company’s irresponsible behavior and poor customer support. Nobody is taking responsibility, and even after contacting multiple departments, my issue remains unresolved.
