Hi- This is in regards to Technical visit ref no- 3807 for which my Father has raised the issue multiple time but no solution being provided till date. He called Usha customer care several times and was assured by the customer representative that Technical visit has been scheduled which has never happened till date.

He previously raised his complaint under ticket ref no CC[protected] on which no solution is provided till date.

He would have called Usha customer service for around 50 times and always assured with a fake technical visit as a solution which doesn’t seem to happen till date.

My Father has been a long associated Usha products consumer who always believed in product quality and service however this recent incident has shaken his trust very badly.

I don’t know whether Usha as a company looks into its customer complaints based on product category and price. A customer complaining several times with no concrete solution being provided till date leads to such thoughts.

With a motive that other consumer shouldn’t face similar challenges, I’m going to put this experience everywhere on social media and other possible platforms to spread it more and faster.

      I have purchased a Water Heater o[censored]sha Company Model - MISTY252 SN:- ME[protected] on 22/07/2020. Its not working properly right now. i have lodged a complaint to the company and the service executive told us it is still under the warranty. After following his guidelines we submitted the above water heater to agency for replace. But the agency refused to do so. Kindly help me regarding the matter. as a customer I am more than 75 years and unable to move from my house. kindly help me.

          I purchased an USHA Aqua Glow Smart Steam Iron from Amazon in July 2022. The iron box stopped working in August. A complaint was registered at Usha Service center. The complaint got resolved after more than a month after repeated follow up.

          The Iron has again stopped working.It is under 2 year warranty.

          Please collect it for repair fromC98, first floor, Ardee City, Sector 52, Gurgaon.

            Bought Usha cooking induction on 25 march and it stoped working from day one when we brought home . Complained to the dealer and he asked to contac service centre . The technician visited and asked for Rs 700 to provide the service and repair it. However the product is still in warrenty or gurrantey. Took the product with him for repair as my parents have no idea what to do? Today the technician came to return the product that too not repaired fully and asking 700 with no job describtion sheet or bill. I calleded the CC for help but the hung up after listning . We brought Usha as we trusted and my parents thought to take Indian made things but Usha cheated us from dayone with no help and now paying 700 for service . My parents live in village and You people provided the damage product from day ine and now we paide 700 too. This need immediate attention and resolution

              Hi,
              I have Buy the Usha Fontana One 1270mm Ceiling Fan with Decorative Lights (Antique Brass) through amazon in 2020 December. Now its not working so I raised a service request on 11 th April 2023, with IC[protected], on the next day I got message from Usha, that Tech person name Mohammed Shadul. But that person never communicated to me nor visited my house.
              But suddenly I got message that My service is completed and ticket is closed. I try to reach the service Center but not Proper response from the Call center.
              requested to repair my Fan Usha technical person who is well know, I can't repair this outside due to expensive one.

                Both cooler are facing motor issue and not working/
                Please attend immediately and replace the motors.
                Its under warranty period currently

                  We brought new Usha Air-cooler for last week 30th march from Sathya Electronics Velachery
                  But i'm really worried about it. it is very worst product
                  No use for us.
                  i spent too much money for this it is totally waste.
                  i'm not a rich man.

                  i already request to Sathya but they said cant replace it

                  kindly help me it is not worth for 8400 rupees
                  Now we are ready to buy AC or pedestal fan. please take return it
                  Comparatively AC or Table Fan is fine instead of this Air-cooler

                    My product got problem on 3/3/2203. I raised complaint on the same date. And service person from usha checked the filamnent and he went for replacement under warrenty. But till now there is no movement from service centre. I have a worst experience. I don't know why they took one month to sort out the problem and till now the problem is not rectified. I need quick solution for this. Kindly do me some favour. Thanking you

                          Induction Cooktop (1600-Watt not working

                          I parched an Induction Cooktop (1600-Watt) on august 2022 and it is still under warranty, and it has been not working for last 15 days. I have raised the complaint to customer care on 14 Jan 2023, and they assured me. technician will be visit at my home and issue will be rectified but I am not getting any response yet. It has been pending for a long time. please look into it and get it resolved at the earliest.

                          It's Been more than 4 months, and No demo person has come to our house, Telling us that you live in Bhilai city, not Durg city, we don't provide service in Bhilai, Durg-Bhilai is the twin city of Chhattisgarh, and our house is only 4 km away from the drug, still they are not providing us the services.

                              This is regarding the steam iron model- steam pro SI 3820 which i have purchased on 1/08/21. The iron is under the warranty period (2yrs.)

                              Since i have purchased the iron, i am facing a lot of problem. I have registered complaint for it atleast 6-7 times till now. I have received the defective product due to which there is issue with the iron again and again. Right now it is under the warranty period but after the warranty i dont know how much it is going to cost me to make it rectify again and again.

                              I have been requesting the customer care and the technicians to please get this product replaced as i am facing a lot of problems.

                              Last to last time also there was some problem after which 2-3 times technicians came to home to rectify it but cousdn’t do so and took the iron to workshop after some days they returned back without rectifying it and again took it back to workshop. This process took more than 10 to 12 days.

                              I have again issued the complaint as again i am facing the problem and requested the customer care to replace it but they only reply me by saying sorry we cant do that. I have spoken to mr. Sachin Singh at usha care by calling toll free number and requested them to transfer my call to manager so that i can speak to him about this but he clearly said me “ i cant transfer the call to manager as all decisions are only taken by technicians to i have to request them only for all the problems”. If he cant even listen to me about the problem than why is he sitting there at customer care ?

                              After that technician took my iron to their workshop and said me that there is problem with the cord this time, now which will be changed on chargeable basis. I asked him to tell me how much is it gonna charge after which Mr. Pandey told me that i will inform you later as i have to see into the system. I have not got any call back from him and today i am receiving a message from usha care that my complaint (WC[protected]) haa been cancelled due to unavoidable reasons. What unavoidable reasons you have that you have cancelled My complaint? The product is still at your workshop and not yet rectified and you have cancelled my complaint.

                              I asked the customer care person ( mr. Sachin singh) and the technician ( mr. Pandey), that i am facing a lot of issue and why their is problem with the iron again and agin and i have received the defective product, i have no option left with me as no manager is talking to me about this problem due to which i have to complaint it to consumer forum, then they said me “okay please do that as it wont matter to us and nothing would happen even after that”.

                              I am so much disappointed with the product, service and the staff. i hope now you will be looking into this matter. I have never faced such an issue with any of the product in my whole life. I have even sent them an email about it on 28/11/22 but haven’t got any reply till now.

                                I am not getting any support for Usha Misty 25L Gyser, I lodged the complaint - CC[protected] and the service engineer told me that tank leakage problem after many follow ups service center placed the sticker for the replacement of the Geyser because the tank was in warrantee and I went to Vasundhra Electronics from where I purchased the Geyser he told that come after Diwali then after many follow ups he gave a number...

                                It is very shocking when installation guy call me and said please return water heater to dealer. I am not coming for installation the water heater.
                                I don't understand what typer of dealer USHA company have????
                                This is my first and last experience.
                                I am going to return the product
                                And also want to tell that USHA HAVE VERY POOR SERVICE provider

                                  My usha fan is barely 5 months old and when it stopped functioning, I contacted customer support and raised ticket. They have provided me with a service center guy who never calls, responds and known to ghost calls as I can see from the google reviews. I talked to usha about this and they said they do not have ticket tracking systems and they do not know if tickets are ever closed. Customer has to go through all this just because he purchased it here
