Hello sir,
I want to inform you that a 24" fan o[censored]sha company is not working properly. It automatically slows down and stop while working. It also seems to be unbalanced while in working
It produces harsh noises which is unbearable.
Please send ur agent to repair it. It is in warranty period.

I have registered a complaint about usha dream maker 120 sewing machine in December and after repeated calls, an executive has come and repaired with visting charges and have said that there is no problem and have asked to call if the problem repeats.

This is my third complaint in a week regarding the same issue. Twice your novice engineer tried to temporarily fix the switch of quartz room heater without replacing it with a new one despite repeated requests. Twice the services had been allotted to sharma traders jammu who sent mr sajan chauhan repeatedly and he also assured early action by replacing the switch if the problem still persisted...

Although ur appliances is too good no doubt, but after service is very poor.
