It produces harsh noises which is unbearable.
Please send ur agent to repair it. It is in warranty period.

    I have purchased two sealing fans xavia 1200 mm with sl. No.[protected] c) purchased one on 09/2018 and another one with sl. No.027411 on 10/2018.

    Both fans are not working from 24.04.2019 morning onwards.

    I contacted dealer m/s. Friends electricals, near iron bridge, cherthala, alappuzha, kerala and they suggested to contact the customer care since the product comprises under warrenty for 2 years. Hence it is requested to return/repair the fans immediately. Invoice from s.4571 dated 11.10.2018 and invoice no. S.3971 dated 19.09.2018 from m/s. Friends electricals, near iron bridge, cherthala, alappuzha, kerala.
    Usha aquagenie water heater not working.
    I am complaining about a fan that was purchased 2 months ago...I bought it from my near by store and now it's not at all working and it is having a warranty of 2 years and it has been only 2 months so please I want to you to send someone to repair it...

      Hello, sir/mam,

      I have purchased usha pump, after purchase 1 month the product stopped working.

      So i contact to the customer care number[protected],[protected] kolkata) and made a complaint (Complain number - cc[protected]) about solving the problem.
      After some days customer care executive came our home and he told me i need to pay for repairing the product even though have within the warranty.
      He told me water entry in the motor so it is chargeable.

      After that many time, i want tried to contact via (Call, chat, email) the customer care for solved the problem but not solved!!!

      So from my point of view, the quality of service usha.com brand is very bad.

      So my point is

      01. A water pump is any device for moving water. (Water pump definition).
      02. The product is working for easy move water, how water entry in the motor???
      03. The problem is ours? Or your (Usha brand)???
      04. Usha customer care executive told me water entry in the motor (That was machine problem) so why i need to pay for repairing the product???
      05. Please improve your (Usha brand) quality of service.

      Any help will be appreciated in thish matter :)

        I hv purchased mixi grinder in 2018..jar started creating problem within 2mth only...aftr 2 mth other jar also started getting problem...till now i hv used many mixer ..but dis is for first time when a mixer is so so bad...and technician says ho jata he kabhi kabhi...kisi kisi piece me..

          I have taken usha sewing machine online from amazon and waiting for demo since 30th march. I have made about 20 times call to customer care. Two times they have given me customer service ref number. No one came for demo. This is how usha is service the service... Tag line is "usha hai to asha hai"... I will suggest change the tag line "usha hai to nirasha hai".. I am very very upset with usha.. Demo person is simply taking salary from usha with any work... I know lot o[censored]nemployment guys... They should join usha.. Take salary without work..

            Service center assigned - Sangic enterprises
            Work assigned to gajendra
            On checking he said panel not working motor is fine. On 30 th March Manjunath came with new panel
            He fixed panel but as he was checking the panel burst. So he said motor is also faulty so he said both panel and motor to be changed. I asked for charges Manjunath and Mune Gowda said. Motor cost is 300rs and panel cost is 300rs.
            Manjunath didn’t come on March 31st.
            On 1st April my complaint got cancelled.
            I called call center and they falsely said I didn’t receive calls so they canceled my complaint
            On 1st April a new complaint cc -[protected]. Ref no5500. This time Muneera Gowda said cost is 2220. I asked why so much.
            Next Ramesh from call center called and today 10 apr 2019 held a conference call with all of the crook technicians.
            They said total cost is 1850 and if I’m willing to get repaired. And these are the questions they asked.

            Are you having ups..?

            Is was communication problems

            Manjunath called me twice if I am willing to pay 2220rs. On the phone in the conference call he is asking for proof of his call.

            If the work was costing 1870. Why was I told 800rs . And 2220rs.

            And I was made to commit if the work to be done or not.

            Immediately I received Sms that my complaint was cancelled.

            Just want to tell you how these people are cheating your company.

            Will never buy Usha hereafter and will advice my family and friends also not to buy Usha.

            Dear company. Please remember. Customer is king.

              My induction not working n customer care executive not received my call till now. What kind of service provide usha care executive. I tried lot of time but they ignore my calls. I am disappointed ur service. I have lot of problems regarding your service. I will give bad performance for your company. I suffered lot of problems in those days. I have requested please resolve my problem otherwise next time i will never take any product or electronic appliances from your company. Thanks for taking my complaint. I hope i will get better resolution. Thank you once again
              1. Suddenly fan stuck in front panel of the cooler. Due to this Fan is not in movable condition.
              2. Stand wheel is not working properly.

                We need usha sewing machine service, its been 4 days we have loddged complaint, needing service. We were said that with in 48 hrs technican will visit us, but no one turned up. We again tried to contact usha tollfree no.. Asuasul they are saying. We will check n let u knw about service... Plz we need techician to check its working.. Hopefully this time we get a proper response..
                I purchased usha sealing fan on 17/3/2019 which I found not working properly from the day 1 only I complained several times on toll free number from where I did not found any proper response I want it to be checked and replaced as soon as possible...Thank you

                  I bought 2 usha fans. Out of 1 i got the defect fan. So many times i called to usha customercare. They said our technician will come and fix the issue. But they didn't send the technician more than 6 times i requested. Every time they are creating the ticket for issue and after 2 days they are closing the tickets. With out confirmation and without resolution they are closing. I am suffering from past one year with same issue. Lot of times i requested but i did not get the solution. Please help me on this. Kindly take action on usha international. I got 2years warranty alos but my issue not resolved.

                  Usha international just formality only they are giving the warranty. But they didn't help for resolve. They are cheating the public. Take a action asap on usha international.

                    Mixer grinder switch prolem inside change need wih new switch please send usha company switch along with technician
                    Two jars cuplers broken please we need change. We buy usha imprezzaplus -3775 0n[protected], with in 6 months wegot problem inside the switch is not working properly because of that the jar couplers are frequently brokening.3 months back i registered three four times i registered the complaints at last one technicican came he bought a local switch (Not usha branded) and fixed. After a week am getting the same problem. The two jar couplers are broken and theswitch is not working problem. And we gave money also for him. One week back i registered a complaint on usha custmercare service. They sent one technician no:[protected], i made a call for him, he took cc no and ref no. After that he is not responding to our call. He sent another service man 's no[protected], he is also not responding to my call, disconnecting my call. Please solve my problem as soon as possible because i cant cook food fastly for my kids with out mixer, it leads to late to school,,,,, please

                      Usha lexus gyser 25 liters is not working. I have filed a complaint with phone no. [protected]on 30 january 2019. Complaint not attended yet.
                      On contacting customer care told that their service provider uploaded that your gyser is not usha product. It is false info.
                      Second time they told complaint will be attended but it seems usha hired some private technicians and these technicians are robbing money from customer. After 6 days of complaint their technician asked from phone number [protected] that visit charge is 500 even if work not done. While customer care told its 400 and if work not done still 200 have to be paid.

                      Customer care is very poor, untrained people hired. Complaint not attended
                      No monitoring. Technicians are robbing customers.
                      I will suggest everybody. Please dont buy any product from usha international. You will not get any service or support. Your money will be wasted. Please avoid usha products. Its rubbish. It seems company will be going closed soon.
                      In this fan very much sound in the speed of 3, 4, 5 after feeting.pls solve this.

                        I have registered a complaint about usha dream maker 120 sewing machine in December and after repeated calls, an executive has come and repaired with visting charges and have said that there is no problem and have asked to call if the problem repeats.
                        The problem repeated again in January 5th and we contacted the customer care once again and this the same executive who has come before we assigned and after 5 days he has called back and said he has no in depth knowledge of the sewing machine of this type and assigned the task to some one else.
                        Now, the other executive comes after 3 days i.e 12th jan and checks and he also says he doesn't have in depth knowledge of the machine and assigned the task to other person.
                        From then on we have been calling him for the support ( except 5 days where we are not avvailbale in morning and have informed before hand) and fill now he hasn't come saying very lame excuses like he is on tour and he has some other works and So on
                        Today when we called the customer care, they have said the complaint is closed. On what basis was the complaint closed without even servicing.
                        To Raise a complaint once again, they are asking for visting charges as the complaint was older.
                        Is this the kind of service we expect from usha.is this the kind of behaviour we except from thier agents and paying money everu time they vusit with no proper service
                        Really pathetic

                          Faulty product and unsatisfactory services.
                          This is my third complaint in a week regarding the same issue. Twice your novice engineer tried to temporarily fix the switch of quartz room heater without replacing it with a new one despite repeated requests. Twice the services had been allotted to sharma traders jammu who sent mr sajan chauhan repeatedly and he also assured early action by replacing the switch if the problem still persisted by giving his mobile number [protected] for contact.
                          Yesterday i again complained for the same issue. Sorry state of affairs. I am also enclosing your message as under
                          "thank you for calling usha care, your request cc[protected] ref. No. 3803 has been registered. Service centre assigned is sharma traders, contact:[protected]"

                              हमने 2 दिसम्बर 2018 को उदयपुर में बिग बाज़ार से रूम हीटर ख़रीदा जो काम करना बंद कर दिया। कस्टमर केयर में 3 जनवरी 2019 को कम्प्लेन भी नोट करवाई। 48 घंटे के बाद दो बार फ़ोन करने के बाद आदमी आता है और बोलता है की शाप पे लेकर आओ। यानी की वो हीटर सही नहीं हुआ। इसके बाद कस्टमर केयर ने भी यह कहकर टाल दिया की हम बात करेंगे।

                                  I had purchased by a. R. Electricals, shop no-1868, main electrical market, bhagirath palace, delhi - 110006, contact number. M: [protected]. Behind mcdonalds on dated 14.02.18 and guranttee or warrantee 2 years. But company & dealer both deny warranty and all claim both of you each other. But not repair or replace part. I talked to company then, say replace from dealer or seller. And i visit shop then you say company provide home service for repair and no role after sale product. Warranty or guranttee by manufacturer end.

                                    Dear sir/madam,

                                    On 31 oct 2018, i purchased a usha optima water purifier from csd canteen jamnagar as i am ex servicemen. Same day, i made a call to usha calss centre for installation but on 05 nov 2018, ms gauri called me up saying, no local agency is available at jamnagar so please you arrange local technician and get it installed, wharever amount will be charged, i will transfer to your account.
                                    On 07/11/2018, i arrange one technician and get it insatted but the machione was defective as membrane was faulty and i requested usha with their whattsapp number and they told our reperentative will visit you soon.
                                    On 20/11/2018, again i call usha and they stated that the technician visit your house and the technician was visited my house in evening and talked to usha directly and convey his observation on it.
                                    On 26/11/2018, i received membrane from usha but no technician visited till today.

                                    I have to complain (1) kindly transfer my amount of rs. 450.00 and (2) either my machine to bre installed or usha should provide me address so that i can send this machine at the earliest.

                                      I am complaining about the product from last 15 days and no one bothered to call me or visit my place to resolve the issue... I have never ever seen such a worst and ridiculous service in the history of my life... Service centre ppl don't know how to speak to an customer and this guys are simple illiterate rowdies and money sucker... I will never trust usha and will never advise any one to buy the third class product from usha even if they get it free of cost..

                                      Fed up of complaining now it is better to drag this idots in consumer court.
