I am writing this letter to express my strong dissatisfaction for an oil filled radiator and the servicing done from your company. I have bought this usha ofr (3611fs (Se[protected] on 25th jan 2017. On 23rd dec 2017, the machine does not get switch on, a complaint was registered (C[protected]). The technician mr. Adarsh came the other day, he just opened it and did something for few seconds. After that it started working, while asking he just said that it was just a loose connection. The machine got faulty again in that day evening, there is no power coming in the machine. We again called mr. Adarsh, he said that he will come some other day. But he did not turn up. Again, i registered a complaint (C[protected]). Now some other guy came in night, probably named mr. Ram singh, after two days.
He said there is a problem with thermostat. He removed that thermostat and put it in a direct connection. He guaranteed that the machine will run normally and the thermostat will be replaced in few days. Next day again the machine got the same problem of receiving no power. I called the registered service center shree unique servises ([protected]), it was told that technician will arrive shortly. But no one came. Again, i registered a complain c[protected] on 4th january 2018. Today afternoon, technician mr. Adarsh came and replaced some thermostat. At that time it was working, but today evening the indicator is on but no heating going on.
Within these two weeks i have to complain thrice and i believe that your so called technician will not be able to rectify the things. I hope that they are waiting for the time so that the warranty of the product gets over and they will take the service charge. I am really disappointed with the product and servicing. As it is not rectified after several times complaining, i request you to replace the ofr with new one. Was this information helpful? |
