Hi Team,
Regret to inform that having a very bad experience with USHA service, where the SN Enterprises agent calls me & demands the customer to raise a demo call post informing him that there might be a technical issue with the disc holder hence we require a service person to look into it.
Wherein the agent is extremely rude, telling us that we are unaware of the usage & simply we raise a service request. Firstly we don't have any instructions that every issue we face we again need to get a demo call, more over its over the customer service to decide such aspects if the customer raises the complaint.
If there is no proper behavior support from the agent with the customer then it's the type of service USHA should be providing to its customer.. Hence requesting for an escalation & update on such behaviour of the agents assigned.
Looking for a swift action towards the same, incase if i am writing to a wrong email ID, please share the concerned escalation email ID, so that we get a proper justification to such issues.
