[Resolved] Hypercity Mall — Bad Product, Damaged Delivery, Refusal to replace, Rude Misbehaving Staff | |||
HyperCity is possibly India's worst retail experience. In any case, most unethical, and worst consumer service. We purchased an expensive cycle: they delivered a defective piece. Wrong specifications. They asked us to bring it to their showroom for considering our complaint. At the showroom, after a most difficult time in getting into their showroom with the cycle, the staff were rude, threatening, and absolutely irresponsible. They refused to exchange the product. Making fun of our complaints.... It is sad such companies violate all norms of retailing and hardly meet of the global standards they make claims of. They are indifferent to customers and dont think twice about threatening and misbehaving with customers, including ladies and children. Was this information helpful? | |||
