UTS Global — passed certificate not yet received

Sub: i joined adtu through uts global online education for bsc-it in the year sept - 2012. I have been passed in final semester exam conducted by adtu/ uts global pune for the same in the month of august-2017. Till now i have not got passed certificate from adtu/uts global. May please help.
