I have completed my exams with distinction in august 2015. Since then i am waiting for my degree certificate. There aren't any proper contact details so that i can call them.. All of their contact details have changed.

Management in the year 2015. I have completed my exams in august 2015. I didn't receive the marksheet for a year and now i am not able to contract them for the degree certificate. I have been following up with them since last two years.

The issues is that they have no valid email ids or contact numbers which work now.

    I have paid for mba in finance management for the dual specialization of mit and jnu university from last 1 and half year to uts pune, and till date they are unable to arrange examinations for me, i am not only loosing time on my academic career upgrade but also my full fees are stuck with them, and i have request for full refund several times, there is no support from the institute on the same.

      I have cleared my mba in operations management in the year 2015. I have completed my exams in august 2015 and the final project was submitted in feb 2016. I still have not received any update from the institute about my 4th semester marksheet and final certificate. I have been following up with them since last two years.

      The issues is that they have no valid email ids or contact numbers whih work now and they do not respond to any queries made by the students.

        I am really surprised the way these people in uts work, this case is from march i was approached by kaveri from uts and i took admission in bba submitted 30000 for which i had a receipt, i was waiting for my assignments and exam when she vanished, after calling different people she said my husband expired and some chirag in picture he also demanded 8000 from me for miscellaneous expenses and generating roll number and he also did the same numbers switched off and vanished.

        Finally i called adtu university in asssam where they gave me varsha's number and also came in contact of arvind, these people also took rest of the money 39000 and now they have also vanished and no response i will take this case in media and file a case at uts, this is fraud i have spent more than 750000/- and the hassle of running behind these people.

        I have proof of all the payments i did online.

          I am shivakumar ([protected]) registered for dual degree mba from adtu & pgdbm from mitsde in the year of 2013. As i have not received any certificates till date. I have called so many times to customer care but no one picks phone or simply they divert it other way. As this kind of problem is facing so many students so my kind request to the university need take strict action regarding this.

                Hi uts support,

                We have a similar complaint on two registrations. My sister and bil were enrolled for imba and completed all the tests in may 2017, but when the turn came for awarding the degree adtu representatives started ignoring. I sent them repeated reminders but no response. So now i am contacting uts, if they do not respond i will also request all the concerned to keep away from such fraudulent institutes.

                  I have completed MBA+PGD from JNU and MIT in the year 2016. As of now i have just received my 1st and 2nd Semester MBA mark sheet for JNU .I have not received my 3rd and 4th Semester mark sheet and Certificates for MBA and PGD, Its almost 6 months that I have completed my course. I have called the support executives almost every week and I just get a response that my mark sheet will arrive in 1 week but it doesn't arrive at all.                     Hi my self — . I took admission in jaipur national university from uts global in mba. Actually at the starting time they asked me to pay full amount within a week to pocess the admission and they said cancelled admissions are there. So, immediate admission need ot b ejoined. As i thought to do the course i joined by paying rs.31, 000. After paying the amount they said you will get books within 1 week. I joined on dec 13th, till now i didnt get books. I called so many times to the counsellor but they are not responding. Also, i have seen many reviews in various sites that its fraud and so many lost their money.

                      I had enrolled for the Integrated MBA (BBA + MBA) dual course through UTS. I comepleted all the 8 semesters in June 2016.

                      I was told the mark sheets and certificates shall be dispatched soon, but its been more than 6 months and i dont have any update, whenever you call them they say it will be sent in a week.

                      On the UTS portal my profile shows as course completed. I've paid all the fees, completed all assignments and finished all exams successfully.

                      I have raised many tickets through their support teams and written emails to various support teams of ADTU and UTS.

                      All they keep saying is that they have forwarded my details to ADTU and are waiting for details from them.

                        They are cheating in the name of Jaipur National university. they are not issuing any refund when i requested due to their bad services. They are challenging me to go legally to get the refund. Staffs are just worst part.

                        They said they will dispatch the study material very soon after the payment of fees and they assured me that it will reach me within 10-15 days .

                        But even after 1 to 1-1/2 months of waiting still I have not yet received my study materials. So I requested them complete refund and cancel the course.But they said that they don't have any provision to cancel and refund. Also when ever i contact them they are asking me for reasons for the cancellation of the course.

                        I have taken an admission for B.B.A from Jaipur National University through Distance Education Module and the promised service was not met and they are challenging me to do whatever I can but they will not issue the refund.

                        They have not yet provide the Study Materials to me and now asking me to collect it from the courier if I want.

                        All the admission was done by a private Company named UTS Global Education (Pune) on behalf of the University and now they are not responding to my queries and they are sending e-mails asking for a firm reason for cancellation and the reason I have provided is not adequate for them . Promising and not providing the service is not a problem for them .

                          I have taken admission in Jaipur National University distance( MBA Dual program marketing) through UTS global last month 20th Oct 2015 . First I payed INR 30000 (1st installment) and then Extra INR 5000 for additional specialization(Operation) all through credit card.
                          They again asked me INR 7000 for courier to my address in Saudi Arabia. I payed the said amount but till now they did not dispatched my Study Books. I called several time to Customer Service and my counselor(Manmit Talemale) asking my books but every time he give new excuses .
                          I think I have done a big mistake taking admission in UTS.

                            I was enrolled for EMBA & successfully passed both semesters, but when the turn came for awarding the degree UTS representatives started their chicaneries. I sent them repeated reminders but everytime they replied like we are sending your docs to university or it is still in progress.Often they asked me to resubmit my all documents. Unfortunately i didnt get the ADTU yet even after 2 years. I REQUEST ALL THE CONCERNED TO KEEP AWAY FROM SUCH FRAUDULENT INSTITUTES.

                                Dear Uts, Every year your side manisha Mam has to fill my and mission form. She never told that form has to b e filled by student and submit. Last year I thought she will submit but not happened and due to that I have to lost my 1 semester. Who will pay for my 6 months loss. Now there is a problem with your BB site. I am thinking I have to lost again 6 months. Total 1 year loss due to communication problem from UTS side.

                                  My registration ID is [protected]. I was supposed to appear for my 2 backlog papers for the month of March-2015. Paid my examination, academic fee on time. My support executives doesn’t provides proper response and they simply say that the time is barred you will have to appear only for the examination held in June-2015. When I try to raise complaints they doesn’t hear what we has happened. Never ever try for online education with UTS Global. You will get frustrated and waste your money in the service provided.                                       My student ID is [protected], in first semester my subject Fire Dynamics Appliances & fundamentals was not cleared. On 12 or 13 Feb I fill up my exam form for that and attach the receipt of Rs. 200.00 Transaction ID: 4047809 which I deposited on 16 May 14 (for the re-exam for the same subject, but i can not able to book my exam slot due to some problems). But there is not any reply come on my email.
                                      In this regard I emailed the details 03 to 04 times, and trying to contact the support team various times but not getting success. Pls do needful and solve my problem. This is my last year.

                                      I am experiencing a very bad support service it is the worse support service I have ever experienced.

                                      I have Submitted backlog fee 300 INR, But still I am not able to Book slot for my back paper. I am calling to Mr. Ankur (My support executive ) on given no.[protected] on regular basis (20 time in a day) but he is not answering any call. I have also called to other numbers but no one is even talking properly.

                                      I have also raised ticket (online portal) twice regarding the slot booking and it is still pending with Mr. Asif. Nobody is worried about the student problems. I would definitely not recommend any one to go with this university.
