I'd enrolled for MIT PGDM program in Marketing management through UTS Global (http://www.utsglobal.edu.in) this February and I deeply regret to inform you of all the grievances and inconveniences I've faced ever since my admission in the program. I enrolled into the course with full payment (NEFT) via admission counselor Sonali Salunkhe.
Right after the clearance of payment, I've faced lot many problems and whenever I tried to contact their so called counselor, she apparently remained unavailable and never called back despite endless reminders. She had committed to me that my exam will be in June'13 which later on I came out to know was a false commitment. According to their policy, I could only appear for my exam this September. After lot of discussion, endless calls, I gradually relented because I had no other option than to delay my exam. I had applied for this course ONLY because I was told that I would be able to complete my course by the end of this year, i.e.., exams in June and December'13 would be held. I had to face inconvenience regarding the same because your policy was firm and none of the concerned people would answer properly.
Anyways, later on, I've been really trying to get in touch with the UTS team regarding a lot many queries but just like last time, many contact numbers were either unavailable or not responding. Every time I had to literally hunt down a new number and then when I would call on it, someone new would pick up and instead of answering the query, they would give someone other number to contact. The interesting thing to be noticed here is that when I would call back again on the number that was picked up before, it would remain unanswerable every second or henceforth time.
This time, I had to give my exam in September and I were to book my slot before that. So, I tried booking it but I came out to know that we're to be given a login id and password which I got after sending few mails (and not sent from their side beforehand). But when I logged in, there were only 2 dates available and I had 5 subjects. When contacted about the same, the counselors said that they'll be increasing the slots in a day or two and I should check then. I kept checking every next day and called them again later on twice or thrice but they gave the same excuse. Later on, those contact numbers remained unavailable. The last date to book slots was nearing and I was stuck! I had no idea what to do and I sent them regular mails as well but those were also not responded. Alas, the dates came and went and I could not sit in the exam. Clearly, this has been not just a waste of time, but a lot of efforts, pain and money and not to mention all the mental stress this whole fiasco has caused me. It has also forced me to dely my higher education for which I had to enroll in a one year program.
Almost the whole year, I've tried to remain patient but this was the last straw. I, thereby, have requested them to refund my full payment along with the interest at the earliest via mails and obviously that hasn't been answered too so here I'm posting it on this forum with a hope that steps would be taken against the same. And if nothing else, other students can be careful before enrolling in a program like that. Its a shame that an organization like MIT is so inefficient and careless. Educational institutions hold a future of students in their hand and they need to realize the responsibility!

Good Morning, This is with reference to my complaint lodged regarding my PGDBA and MBA certificate from ADTU and MIT. The issue is resolved and I have received my certificates yesterday. I am happy that there wont be any obstacles on my way to my promotions. Thanks a ton to the redressal forum for helping us out to get the things done on the right track.
After lodging a complaint with this forum I received their mail within a week and thus I could keep a track in following up with the matter

I have completed my MBA-Hospital management from ADTU online in 2017, however Certificate is still awaited. I have raised numerous support tickets but of no use. Their Email Id which was working earlier now longer works. Last year in June month, I got a call to update address (for which I had already raised no. of ticket but still not updated) but since then no further communications. I don't know what to do next..
Without certificate, it is of no use. It seems, I have wasted my energy, time and money for this course.
Anyone have any idea, how to take it ahead in order to get the certificate...
