Uts — transaction successful but quarterly train ticket not booked | |
Dear sir, i was trying to renew my quarterly train ticket using uts mobile app on 06/03/2018. I paid rs.497.5 to vpa [protected]@icici from my pnb account via upi system, phonepe. Transaction was successful but unfortunately my ticket booking was not confirmed. I raised the issue to phonepe. They asked me to wait till 13/03/2017. Today phonepe resolved my issue and informed me that the amount rs.497.5 was successfully transferred to the above mentioned vpa.in support of my claim i'm attaching here some screen shots.
