V-Guard Industries — battery backup

I have a battery 150 volt that is not giving backup. I have given load of only three fans but when electric supply offs inverter give beep sound only after 10 seconds. It can support more than two fans. It is happening since last 7 days. Before it the battery was supporting four fans and for more than 10 hours. I complaint to my dealer but he said to contact helpline
