Vacations Gateway — fraud company not sending free gift

Sir, i got a call from vacation gateway from mr.ansh, he tells me you had selected from billdesk and irctc for booking ticket and you had been rewarded by a sony z2 tablet worth rs 48000, and we will sending you a tablet and you have to buy a package worth rs. 7899 and we will give you 4 days and 5 nights stay and breakfast and lunch or dinner package and i paid the amount from my credit card finally i received a email from vacation gate showing only stay and no gift will be offered to you its only stay package, even i called them 31 times no positive response, i want my money back. they are fraud.
