one of your customer case executive had used my SBI debit card unauthorised to book a travel package of Rs.3999 on 25th july 2014. it is a very serious matter. The transaction payment id is 26883933. Neither we have EBS payment gateway in our process nor we have received any payment as mentioned by you . It seems you are a victim of fraud from other company . We have check up at our end From pay partners (ICICI, HDFC, Air pay, Tech process, Payzipyy, PayU) for mentioned payment by you and we got negative response from all pay partners .

Please try to investigate through other prospectus .
