Same thing happened with us also. We booked TT for 4 days trip to Ooty. We didn't receive driver details nor driver contacted us. If you are planning to file a case include us as well. They not only wasted our time but also advance money.

Worst cab ever. They are cheaters. Vajara spoiled our 4day trip plan. We were waiting for driver to come and were not contacted by driver.
They asked us to pay 2500 in advance. We paid but they ran off with the money
We went to the vajara's office, but what we got to know is that vajara cab has closed its shop and no idea where they have gone.
