Vajra cabs is totally unprofessional and have very pathetic service with worst behavior. I had booked a cab with total of 3600 rs of charge, 10% (360) advance payment was done on their website.

Worst cab service providers, unethical behavior. Our travel was planned in the morning 6.30 am., night before the travelling we waited for the cab details but did not receive any message or call for the company. On inquiring, they provided us driver details who on calling told that he will not be coming and company will rearrange the driver.
We were on continuous call with the company guy who at 12 in the night told that cabs are not available for the trip. Rather than accepting his mistake he told us that we would have called them and checked availability is there or not and then we would have booked the cab. At the end of this 2-3 hours drama, they cancelled our booking.
When we asked about refund, it has been more then 2 weeks cancelling the booking. Tried calling them many times but no use.
This is the new way of cheating by taking payment and not refunding it back.

I booked a cab through vajra cabs on 8th june.They provided me a Paytm number [protected] and insisted to first transfer 1000 rs then only they would provide me a confirmation.I did the transfer and was then told to wait for half an hour. After half an hour I received a call from them that cab is not available. On asking for refund he told he is sleepy and will transfer next day. But from next day he is not picking my call. I then had an online chat on their website vajracabs.com there I was told my refund would be given on 18. Buy from 18th they are not picking my call or responding to my questions.

fraudulent method to take money and inappropriate behaviour

We booked a Vajra traveler on 20th April, 2018 for a 3 day trip to Munnar. As mentioned in the booking website, the toll and interstate charges has to beard by the consumer, and we did so diligently. But the driver duped us of our money, rather duped would be a wrong word here. He intimidated us into paying him 800 extra. The interstate permit amount for kerala is 4200 bucks. This is the exact amount we paid at the office, but the driver claimed that it is 5000 and he threatened to de-board all o[censored]s there. Having no option we have to pay him the amount. Once we returned to Bangalore, I tried calling to the Vajra Owner multiple times, but each time he ignores the call. In addition to the fraudulent behavior by the driver and the authorities, the driver misbehaved with us on multiple occasions, charged extra money regarding his fare and cheated while making fuel receipts.

This is a serious dent to your reputation. We as consumers do not trust drivers or their owners, it is you who we trust and if cases like this happen then I don't think it's good for business.
Solution : A genuine apology from the authorities would be nice. The uneasiness and stress that we faced could not be compensated but this would be soothing. In addition to this, I would like a refund of my hard earned money of 800.

refund issues
This is in regards to when i tried to solve the issue again, i was told to first delete my complaint only then the amount will be refunded since complaint cant be deleted, i tried to tell him that i have marked the issue as resolved, as there is nothing that can be done more. Still, he is not ready for corporate and refunds the full amount. This behavior is something which should not be acceptable at all.

Booked a roundtrip cab from chennai to nagalapuram, made the advance payment of inr 400. Was supposed to receive the driver details 1 day before the trip. The day before the trip, i tried to get the details through their customer message portal, each time was told the driver will contact you in the next 30 minutes, twice this happened. When the driver details were not yet shared, i called the number given on the portal and then i was informed that we could not find a cab for you and your booking has been cancelled; this is 6 hours before we were supposed to leave. Their behaviour was very unprofessional. Our calls were not picked up, when asked about the refund was told to call after two days. It has been 5 days and every time i call, it is either you call us next monday or we cant refund the amount.

Vajra Cabs service are totally fraudulent and their people are abusive and i[censored] tell them, that you will complain or go to consumer forum they will try to even threaten you.
HAD A REALLY WORSE EXPERIENCE
I booked a cab 6 seater innova from bangalore to tirupati. Before booking the cab I confirmed with them thrice about their pricing. They told me that 6850 is the package and if I drive above 600 km then I have to pay 12.5 rs extra per km, toll and 300rs night driving charges I have to pay. I was okay with the plan and booked the cab. I even booked the cab with 1100 rs advance and they gave me bill of 6850 which had a clause for night driving and toll money. I booked it for two days but came back in one day itself and in night when I was near my home night 1 am, driver said I am not from vajra cabs, and I dont know who they are my charges are different and you have to pay 9000 then only I will drop you home. Then I tried calling vajra cabs no one answered and later some body picked and replied " You pay him whatever he is asking, we will see it tomorrow " The driver was rude and abusive and was even abusing females with us in an argument. "When I got furious and asked him to take us to police station, he tried to take us to some unknown places in night 2am. When we shouted and traffic police came then he took us to police station. Police helped us and made us talk to the owner of that. He told that he was given the order of cab by vajra and he is eom LOHITH TRAVELS. and even he tried to threaten me by saying that he will come to my office and ruin things etc etc. Saying " I am immigrant, hence we should follow protocol" . I paid them little more than what was bill and came to home.
Next day when I called VAJRA CABS to give a complain, they said they will see and from then they are not picking call from my number and if I try from some other number they cut the call by hearing my name.
When I asked the driver for bill, he abused me in kannada.
Driver took 900rs Bata per day. though bills says only 300 if I let him drive midnight
On asking the number of owner driver gave me totally wrong contact number.

We booked a cab on rental from bangalore to gokarna for a round trip from 29th september to 2october. We paid advance deposit of 2300 for it. Still we did not get the cab as promised on evening of 29th. We tried to contact the concerned comapny by calling at their helpdesk but no-one picked up the call. After that we tried to get our money refunded.. But we are not getting any reply from their side

I have booked a cab on sep14th 2017 to dharmasthala and planned for a round trip via sringeri, udupi & kollur and then back to bengaluru. Never received any details regarding cab/driver. I tried to reach them on the mobile number displayed on their website which just disconnects by itself after automated voice message. We have relatives arrived at our home for this planned 4 day trip. Being a long weekend, i cannot even find other service for the trip which was planned all the way till hotel bookings too. This is complete loss for me and waste of time for relatives to come from a very long way.
A day before the planned journey when i reached the vajra cabs through online chat option (Which stopped working on the day we have to travel) to assure me that i will get details by 9:00pm before the journey date. But none was provided. For godsake, tell me how to get in touch with vajra cabs either by phone or in person.
One of the worst services i have experienced till date. Never ever will book through them.

I didn't get detail about my cab and already time is crossed.

I had booked a cab for goa and details should be given before 9 pm and it has not been delivered and i had booked and paying alot for next things and i would not be able to reach there and charges will be deducted type of inconvience wil not be tolerated and action should be taken on it as all chained is linked and i had to pay for everything and for this 3600 rs booking fee i'll have to pay more than 10000 to 30000 depanding upon cancellation fee instantly.

Same thing happened with us also. We booked TT for 4 days trip to Ooty. We didn't receive driver details nor driver contacted us. If you are planning to file a case include us as well. They not only wasted our time but also advance money.

We booked a cab for 9th september from bangalore to hogganakal falls a round trip. We have paid the money in advance but the cab didnt came. On asking the customer care, unethical behaviour with slang language was used. Harrased for a hour and then turned up saying cab wont come take whatever action you can we wont provide cab.
They even said no refund will be made and harassed us a lot

The most worst cab operator. Does not deserve even one star rating. I booked round trip to tirupati one month in advance for journey on 25/06/2017. Never received cab/ driver details previous day. Then they told that the booked vehicle was not available. After arguement, they tied up for the booked vehicle with a third party. The vehicle sent was badly maintained. The driver was very rude in behaviour & not customer friendly. For a round trip distance travell of about 625 kms, he charged us for 735 kms which was not correct on any count. For drivers bata of 3 days, he collected bata for 4 days which was unwarranted. The driver charged me excess amount of rs 1500 overall which was not warranted. He was so adamant not to here our words.
Totally our experience of the trip was the worst & i never dream to. Book a cab with vajra cabs in future & never wish to recommend to any one.

Had booked cab from bangalore - mysore for a day. Driver was speaking in mobile throughout the journey driving in one hand. So i request you guys not to book cabs from vajra. Heard lots of complaints. Did a mistake by booking the cab without going through the reviews. Driver had put our life in danger driving throughout the journey. So vajra cabs are utter waste. Kindly do not do any bookings here.

Booked a 12 seater traveler to Chikmagalur from Bangalore for 2 days. It was all going smooth, when at the end when we reached home, the driver started demanding more money. We showed him the website that said that the driver allowance covers food and stay, but he did not agree and said that he won't move from the spot unless we paid him his food money. The amount was not big but what is wrong is wrong. When you promise something you should keep upto that promise. Moreover, the driver was asking extra allowance for driving after 7, we then showed him on the website that it is mentioned that extra allowance is given when driving between 10pm - 6am. For this he agreed that he would take extra for one day only as that day he had driven after 10.
We feel he wanted to extort money from us, as much as he could. We paid him the amount for his food but this is not acceptable. Either state clearly that you are not having any control over your drivers and that you cannot take responsibility for what the driver does.
I tried calling them 10-15 times, but the call did not go through even once. They claim 24x7 support, well currently their support is down. A good experience ruined by antics of a driver who says that he got a call from someone to pick us up from this this location. I mean seriously, they don't even contact drivers. What kind of a service is this. No communication between the company and them.
We want a refund for the extra money we paid to the driver.

We booked a Vajra cab from bangalore to Ooty round trip at a rate of 7.5 Rs/KM as suggested on their website. We were expecting a language problem with the driver as we speak Hindi and hence asked the Office executives over phone to instruct the driver about the itinerary. The exec. assured us that everything will be explained.
Before we set off, we asked the driver about the meter reading and he said that he will charge from his location...
