Booked a roundtrip cab from chennai to nagalapuram, made the advance payment of inr 400. Was supposed to receive the driver details 1 day before the trip. The day before the trip, i tried to get the details through their customer message portal, each time was told the driver will contact you in the next 30 minutes, twice this happened. When the driver details were not yet shared, i called the number given on the portal and then i was informed that we could not find a cab for you and your booking has been cancelled; this is 6 hours before we were supposed to leave. Their behaviour was very unprofessional. Our calls were not picked up, when asked about the refund was told to call after two days. It has been 5 days and every time i call, it is either you call us next monday or we cant refund the amount. Was this information helpful? |
