This is in regards to when i tried to solve the issue again, i was told to first delete my complaint only then the amount will be refunded since complaint cant be deleted, i tried to tell him that i have marked the issue as resolved, as there is nothing that can be done more. Still, he is not ready for corporate and refunds the full amount. This behavior is something which should not be acceptable at all. Was this information helpful? |
