Varun motor begumpet wokshop done the body work without proper approvals from bajaj allianz insurance company, finally customer paid the rs.12788 amount to varun motor. I visited varun motors maruthi suzuki begumpet showroom on 22nd july 2019 for replacement of rear bumper On 22nd july 2019 bajaj allianz surveries observed/visited my car given approvals and work order by surveyor mr. Karteek battini (+[protected] Then varun motors maruthi suzuki people started working completed by 26th july 2019 and ready to handover to customer (Me), On 26th july 2019 again one more surveyor mr. Sambasiva rao t v (+[protected] said claim got rejected. I talked to everyone but no use. Now the question: why bajaj took 5 days to take reject and why given initial approvals and work order without proper checking the claim? If you could have give the rejection within 1 or 2 days, maruthi suzuki people will not repair/replace item (Rear bumper) right, after 5 days came and saying rejected, this is how bajaj working style? Because of your delay customer is suffering, bajaj people saying we are responsible. Because of survey mistake why should customer need to suffer.
