Ved Infratech — Fraud company

I have already booked a flat in Ved Shlok Kanjur Marg in the month of August. I feel its an upcoming real estate company. I have also met the directors of the company, after meeting him i feel my investment is secured .As far as documents is concerned it shall be in place shortly as promised. The service/support provided by the company is quite good. Looking forward for other Ved projects.

If this project is fake, then how banks are giving loans for this property ?

I m an individual and booked the flat with VED SHLOK KANJURMARG
but it seems there is no response from the company and now finding difficulty in getting refund.

I m satisfied customer of Ved Udvada project. Now with my frnd, we r planning to invest in their upcoming project in Mulund or Kanjurmarg. Good to be associated with upcoming builder.

Ved Infratech is an awesome project with good people. They are honest people hence they have given refund to the people who had demanded it without any penalties/fines. I agree they are a bit slow but its better to be slow than to hurry and mess-up wit things. They have a proper set plan for their project and will deliver it as promised. I have personally met the director of the company Mr. Satish and he is quite positive and confident in his projects. I would suggest you guys to keep faith and stay away from any negative rumours for this company.

I m satisfied customer of Ved infratech, staff is very friendly and helpful. Do not hesitate investing in ved infratech project. I have been to Andheri office met all staff too.

All fake informations, just one question how can they sell flats when the project is not yet RERA approved, it is illegal as per latest govt norms.

who ever has commented this ..must be with some melafied interest/ with some bad interest...cause have a personal experience that company is giving full attention to the pin pointed complain...and personally met the higher authorities..i felt that they are the best and most transparent player in this real estate market...

so please don't share your faulty comment...or it may be the paid comment with some bad intension

Dear Sir, I don't know what role do you play for this fake company, but one thing is for sure you are trying to support this company with lack of evidence. Transparent players in Real estate in todays date get their projects RERA approved, can you please share RERA details of this project so that we can be sure that this project which you are so sure about is geniune .

I am One of the investor who has booked flat in ved infratech company ved shlok project kanjurmarg east in month of june 2017.
Now its june 2018 it been 1 year the project has not started yet, niether its gonna start as i informed that this land doesnt belong to ved infratech they have made a deal with land owner they have given token to him and made Term Sheet, which is not legal document, Now the land owner has kicked them out of there land, coz they have not given full money it was just small token,
Basically it was fruad by company management master mind by Vishal Kumar, Greedy ###.
I asked them to refund the money, they are not refunding it saying will come up with project, we have fund issues and various other reason,
One of the customer who i know went to ved infratech office to meet management that vishal kumar kept them waiting from morning 10:30 am to 10 pm and doesnt met them
they started Bhandup project shlok 2 same happend project shut down, again they took money ran away, now they have started project in panvel again its not there project they will collect the money and ran away.
its not a builder company they have never made a single building in mumbai, its a fraud company they will shut down soon and run away
its my request to all we should go to RERA

Mr Patil, Visual Kumar is just an employee, the master mind is Mukesh singh &Satish gogari, he is the owner of this fake company, my request to you is first log a police complaint of cheating and frod, and then you can approach RERA.

I am a proud customer of project "Ved Shlok" Kanjurmarg. I came to this forum for getting reviews of the company today on 4th August'18 and surprisingly got to know that the the forum is being utilized for spreading fake information about the company where I invested all my life's saving .In a state of fear I referred authorities like MahaRera, land and revenue departments and came to know about their 2 decade old clean track record .
I smell some kind of a malicious campaign against the company ran by either by the competitors or by paid fear mongers.This has to stop.
The reason we come to the forum is to get help from peers buyers / potential buyers in making an informed decision.
I am a proud owner Ved Shlok unit and have got all necessary assistance by the Company and its senior management though I dont know them personally . Let's use the forum to spread awareness and addressing specific problems if any rather than confusing people. I have booked a flat in kanjur marg in 2017 and due to an accident was unable to contact any one than after a year i called and went to ved office and shared my issues with there directors and told them i urg need money due to medical urgency firstly i was shocked that company owner met me directly umderstood me helped me i paid 22 lacks and asked them refumd for the same they are taking time vut slowly till now i have received 8 lacks from them rest they are payimg it slowly and i myslef doing a grament business so i know whats the market situatuon is so i cam clearly say that the comments if rest of the customer statests that its a GENUINE company just because if aome technical issues project is stuck so being a understanding customer i adjusted abd given them liberty to solve it asap but u have to me cooperative to get its olved instead of being rigid and rude and plz use this FORUM to spread awareness not for ## and taking out personal grudges
