Vespa — Accessories not available in any service centre vizag

I was purchased Vespa VXL 125 Yello color, seat clamp was rusted and Brocken seat not adjusted to scooty. till 30 days i was asked all service centers no seat available till date. No spare parts available, waste, too much cost for vehicles but service nill. Dont buy any one the any part replace wait for minimum 3 months waiting. All service centers are negligence work peoples are there. dont buy the vehicles for vespa.
