Vespa — service issue

Greetings of the day

Im writing my bad experience with service team with hyderabad shrey motoplex

On 28th of sep i have given my vehicle vespa sxl 150 for 3rd service and i made a complaint vehicle pulling to left side, they asked me to change suspension pin which costs me 1306/-. Immediately i made a decission to change the suggested part, part replaced and got vehicle delivered by evening. While going to home i faced same issue.

Next day immediately i went and conveyed my prpblem they checked and saying that suspension is only one side with disk due to one side weight it will be remains same we acnnot do anything for that, is that the way to give such a irritating answer. Even bajaj chethak engine is one sided that vehicle goes perfectly.

At the time when i purchased i didnt face the issue, i want it to be done properly
