Vespa — Vespa ECM failure, no spare?

My new ( 5 months old) vespa suddenly stopped while running on road.
It was sent to service station. After 2~3 days they ( Athos Motors, Jaipur) diagnosed that it is an ECM fault.
However still they cannot manage the spares. I have also discussed the same with area service manager of Piaggio Mr. Khurshid Alam (Once he received the phone out of several attempts).
Still the required spare can not be arranged and vehicle is waiting for repairs after 12 days in workshop.
