Vespa — Vespa fuel pump

I own Vespa 250IE and had a recall on fuel pump at 1300 miles then again same thing at 4500 miles. So now are you expecting customers to replace file pumps every 3000. I use to own an Aprilla Mojito 2007 150 and never replace a fuel pump. So now I'm going to spend approximately 600-800 to get fixed with no scooter for 3 weeks in Ohio which you can drive twelve weeks out of the year.
