Dear team,

I am your one of customer, i have purchased vehicle model vxl 125 in feb-2017 after 1 month i have raised complaint at service center at auto lounge chinchwad pune regarding engine is giving too much noise as compared with other vxl 125. This also observed by service center it self. Till today i am facing same issue but no improvements. I need solution on this. How much time it will take. My vehicle lying at service center from last 2 days. Request you to please take my compliment and provide necessary solutions on issue i am facing.

Dear sir already I have completed in our vespa costomer care, regarding my RC copy problem. I have discussed with showroom agent he tell me we couldn't solve your problem and He tell me you solve your problem.

Few months ago I buy a Vespa vx from Vardhman Vespa raipur Chattisgarh then after buying Vespa I satisfied with the scooter but the service of the Vardhman Vespa is worst they couldn't have the way to talk or how to behave with coustmer so please improve the service .
